Refund policy
If you do have any problems with our products In the first instance a photo of the problem with a note stating the defect to be sent to bearprintz@aol.com.
If there is a genuine problem with your item we reserve the right to remake and post out a replacement in the first instance. If the replacement item is still faulty then a full refund maybe be issued and if the problem falls to us Bear Printz this will include postage costs if paid for by customer.
With all items there are washing instructions and how to care for you item. If bear printz feels that these instructions have not been followed then we will reject your complaint telling you why and what has gone wrong. I.E the shirts wash at 40 degrees if you put them in a very hot cotton wash it will damage the shirt. You Iron the shirts inside out, if you but a hot iron on the print it will damage the print
If you are returning because you ordered the wrong size then the return postage is for you to pay and a new item will not be sent until return of the original item has been accepted in the same condition as it was sent. Any items that have been worn or badly packed will be rejected and a postal charge to the customer for return of the item to them. WE DO NOT OFFER A BUY AND I DON'T LIKE IT RETURN SERVICE
